Not sure if there is an entry-number limit on these but I actually came up with what I think are 3 great burger ideas and couldn't decide which ones to cut from the team (I would kill to try any of them!)

The "Down Home Southern Burger" - cajun-spiced beef patty topped with fried green tomatoes, roasted red peppers, pimento cheese, creole mustard and cooling ranch sauce.

The "Salsa Burger" - all-beef patty topped with salsa, peppered havarti, red onions, lettuce, jalapeno and banana peppers.

And finally the "I'm Jack-Stuffed Burger" - topped with Jack sauce and thick-cut, battered, fried onion rings, with cheddar and Jack cheese stuffed right inside the patty (you just form the patties in halves and then shmush them together around the cheese before grilling).

...Would you believe I'm just a 110-lb., eighteen-year-old foodie girl who happens to be a major fan of Southwest-American cuisine?

    Bruscetta Burger
Baguette brushed with garlic butter and toasted, sandwiched together with your famous beef burger, heaps of roasted garlic cream cheese mousse, Leamington hot house tomato bruscetta relish and fresh basil leaves. Sounds good EH!

  • From Tara Woolgar:

my burger...know as the Blue Hudson is beef burger stuffed with blue cheese, topped with crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and finished with melted jack cheese, and plain old mayo......i gotta thank my 3 year old foodies for this one.....hope you all get to enjoy it....
  • babyloop
whoop whoop, the triplets will be in to try a Blue Hudson......
  • From mikenna:

PIZZA BURGER.......burger topped with marinara sauce, pepperoni, bacon, carmelized onions, mozzarella and provolone....nice and sloppy...yum! or skip the carmelized onion on the burger and get an onion cheese bun!
  • From zacharysnyder:

If Cindy could create a burger it would be a beef burger topped with asparagus, melted blue cheese and a little stoned ground Dijon. The other burger that Cindy would love to see on the menu would be a turkey burger topped with red pepper jelly and caramelized onions.

If Julia could create a burger it would be a turkey burger stuffed with spinach and feta cheese topped with melted kefalotyri cheese (flaming OPA! cheese). If this burger makes the cut I recommended calling it the Julia Goolia burger.

The winner of the contest also known as the Zachary (or Zach burger ) burger would be comprised of a bison burger topped with a shit load of caramelized onion, bacon, melted goats cheese, bbq sauce and a touch of Jack’s trade mark Jack’s sauce. The option to add an egg and lettuce should also be made available.
  • Here are a few that got posted on a previous post.

"The Bacon Double Trish Burger" from TrishSrigley

How about the Bacon Double Trisha Burger??....2 all beef patties sandwiching mozza cheese, peameal bacon, strip bacon and maple mayo!!!! Would be quite lovely on an onion bun!!! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm......much better than the Zach burger, although the Julia Goolia burger has a nice ring to it!!!
  • OK here we go. This is a burger for die-hard blue cheese fans.

    The Blue Buffalo

Ground Pork & Buffalo mixed with Crumbled Blue Cheese
    A grainy dijon mustard
    More Blue Cheese

    Done.
  • We at Jack's love the Blue. Thanks for this marvelous heavenly creation.
  • I've got to add one more. Not sure what I'd call this one..

Angus Beef mixed and infused with Tequila and Black Beans
    Spicy Jalepeno Mayonaise
    Pinto Beans
    Hot Habanero "Jack" Cheese
  • Sounds like a fun night in Mexico!
